Overview

The Registrar Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of academic programs and processes, contributing to the success of students. This role involves managing student records, coordinating various activities, and providing exceptional service to students and stakeholders.

In Short

• Day-to-day operational assistance to the Registrar’s Office.
• Evaluate transcripts for validity and accreditation.
• Respond to student and department inquiries.
• Act as a liaison for transcript-related activities.
• Record all received transcripts in the Campus Management System.
• Resolve student issues and requests.
• Ensure compliance with institution and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Skills in time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Fluent communication in verbal and written English.
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills.
