Manager, Corporate Alliance - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Corporate Alliance manages an assigned team within assigned corporate alliance areas of focus, which consist of corporate alliance recruitment, alliance account management, alliance onboarding, and alliance web applications. The role will achieve goals through services that offer career guidance, generate job leads and appropriately match qualified candidates with potential job opportunities, assist candidates through all steps of the hiring process, and develop and maintain relationships with employers and alumni.

Requirements

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, career services, and employment assistance, or in sales
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Basic computer skills
