Corporate Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Finance team is responsible for maximizing Pinterest’s long-term value by transforming the overarching company strategy into a long-range plan with annual operational and financial targets while ensuring that strategic initiatives have appropriately allocated funding. As an influential member of the Finance team, you will provide Pinterest’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors with the visibility and insights necessary to make informed decisions needed to scale the company’s growth and reach its financial goals.

In Short

• Work cross functionally to execute the annual, quarterly and monthly planning, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Influence decision making across the company with objective and data driven financial and strategic frameworks.
• Evaluate the results of past and present financial performance.
• Drive continual process improvements and optimize recurring deliverables.
• Lead efforts to evaluate enterprise resource systems and drive future automation enhancements.
• Mentor and develop managers, associates and analysts.
• Provide thought leadership for the broader finance organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate or strategic finance.
• Experience distilling complex analyses into structured frameworks.
• Exceptional quantitative skills with experience developing financial models.
• Ability to work collaboratively on challenging projects.
• Strong presentation skills and experience with executive teams.
• Strong team leader with experience developing high visibility teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
