Overview

This leadership role will lead an Evidence Generation TA team supporting Neuroscience, driving a robust evidence generation and communication plan for priority pipeline and marketed assets in the US.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the US payer environment.
• Expert knowledge of research methodologies.
• Experience with clinical study design and patient-centered outcomes.
• Ability to develop and validate Patient Reported Outcome measures.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to drive organizational focus.
• Demonstrated creativity in addressing strategic challenges.
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
