The Executive Director for Rising Generation will lead an initiative aimed at inspiring university graduates to make impactful career choices that address systemic inequity and injustice.

In Short

• Lead the Rising Generation initiative to foster early career choices among university graduates.
• Build a global learning community to engage university leaders and youth-serving organizations.

• Build a Board of Advisers to guide the organization.

• Travel expected, approximately 30%, mostly within the U.S.
