Our Evidence Generation team is hiring an Associate Director with deep mixed methods research expertise to join our team of research professionals conducting primary data collection studies in the pharmacy and biotech space; operating as a thought leader, problem solver and qualitative data collection and analysis expert.

• Lead research studies in the HEOR space.
• Manage evidence generation activities across stakeholders.
• Conduct literature reviews and data synthesis.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in health economics or related fields.
• Master’s degree in health services research or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with data management platforms.
• Ability to manage project performance and client expectations.
• Record of peer-reviewed publications.
• Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
