Overview

The Associate Operational Excellence Director leverages expertise and knowledge to plan and manage initiatives and activities designed to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of studies to Sponsors.

In Short

• Remote position based in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland or Serbia.
• Responsible for operational excellence across the business.
• Develop and implement processes, standards, or operational plans.
• Identify relevant KPI’s and develop concise reports and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Support the vision of and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Lead evaluation of business processes and workflows.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation of business processes.
• Oversee training on new processes and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of related experience.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.
• Good understanding of data sources and business analytics.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Project Management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
