Overview

Daiichi Sankyo Group is seeking an Associate Director for BDM Functional Excellence to support infrastructure committees and project management activities in the pharmaceutical industry.

In Short

  • Lead BDM initiatives and maintain tracking logs.
  • Coordinate and chair meetings for non-project related initiatives.
  • Develop training materials to support BDM Governance decisions.
  • Stay updated with HA Regulations and ICH guidelines.
  • Summarize and disseminate guidance changes' impacts.
  • Collaborate with technical study teams and other departments.
  • Support continuous reinforcement of BDM decisions.
  • Provide project management support across Business Units.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs.
  • Training in Lean/Six Sigma or Quality Engineering desired.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HA Regulations and ICH guidelines.
  • Experience in cross-departmental project coordination.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution.
