Overview

As a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert and consultative partner supporting both culture and business performance at Turnitin, a recognized innovator in the global education space.

In Short

• Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders.
• Provide HR Generalist-level guidance on employment law and compliance.
• Lead initiatives to drive individual and organizational performance.
• Design and deliver performance management practices.
• Co-create culture storytelling and engagement strategies.
• Leverage engagement and performance data for strategy.
• Support dashboards and reporting in partnership with People Analytics.
• Engage with employee-led culture groups.
• Facilitate coaching and development planning.
• Drive outcomes aligned with business performance.

Requirements

• 6–7 years in HR, Learning, Talent, or People Partnering roles.
• Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Recognized SME in learning enablement or culture/engagement.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Culture Amp, Google Suite, Slack, and project tools.
