Overview

The Senior Talent Development & Culture Partner at Turnitin serves as a senior subject matter expert and consultative partner supporting both culture and business performance, blending strategic partnership with specialist depth in engagement, learning, and cultural storytelling.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to people leaders.
• Provide HR Generalist-level guidance on employment law and compliance.
• Coach managers on people challenges and development planning.
• Lead execution and improvement of learning programs.
• Facilitate talent review cycles and deliver workshops.
• Co-create culture storytelling and engagement strategies.
• Leverage data to inform strategies and track progress.
• Support dashboards and reporting with People Analytics.
• Work collaboratively with Culture Leaders and Comms.
• Ensure programs are inclusive and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 6–7 years in HR, Learning, Talent, or People Partnering roles.
• Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, particularly in U.S. employment law.
• Recognized subject matter expert in learning enablement or engagement.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Proficient in Culture Amp, Google Suite, and project management tools.
