Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
Strong understanding of technical skills for engineering roles.
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for technical positions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
Strong negotiating and closing abilities.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
