As a Talent Partner at Curve, you will support the organisation's growth by collaborating with senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and ensure high-quality talent acquisition solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to identify and source high-quality candidates.
• Expert time management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects.

• Strong data understanding and critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment.
