• Proficient in tools like Culture Amp, Google Suite, and project management software.
• Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Recognized subject matter expert in learning, performance, or engagement.
• Ability to coach and facilitate effectively.
• Experience with data-driven insights and reporting.
