The Regional People Partnerships Director will play a pivotal role in the Global People Team at Turnitin, focusing on employee relations and strategic HR initiatives across the EMEA region.

• 10+ years of global HR experience.

• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Knowledge of relevant HR and employment law.
• Technological savvy with HRIS and ATS experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Project management and negotiation skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
