Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in software applications.
  • Experience with Verint products and customer escalations.
  • Familiarity with contact center technology and operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and PerfMon.
  • Ability to work with web server technologies.
  • Experience with WFM products or Verint software.
  • Ability to document technical issues clearly.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Windows security.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
