Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering on small contact center or Microsoft technology services and solutions for our client base. This role involves organizing, coordinating, managing, and reporting assigned project activities.

• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in representing TTEC Digital
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with customers
• Function as the primary point of contact for project-related activities
• Create and manage formal project plans and timelines
• Manage execution of all components of approved project plans
• Maintain and update project status in tracking systems
• Provide finance updates for billing and project completion
• Assist senior project managers on larger projects
• Manage subcontractor work and project collaboration sites
• Review and edit technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field, preferred
• 2+ years of experience in IT or business system projects
• Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM), preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to adapt to changing technology
• Effective time management skills
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
