Overview

The Project Coordinator at Diverzify plays a crucial role in planning and executing flooring projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Work closely with Project Managers on flooring projects.
  • Create action plans and schedule resources.
  • Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate tasks and handle risk management.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards.
  • Build customer relations through timely communication.
  • Verify contracts, POs, and change orders for accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly billing and support payment verifications.
  • Track material orders and shipments.
  • Complete project close-outs at completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Construction Administration role.
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Planner.
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator in construction preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
