Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

In Short

• Be the main point of contact for anything related to a customer’s Circle Plus app launch.
• Proactively handle schedule and scope changes, identifying risks, and managing escalations.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Identify problems and lead process improvement projects.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Circle platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for seamless customer migrations.
• Document key processes and implement necessary changes.
• Help customers set up their app accounts and coordinate design assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Experience in a SaaS company serving SMB businesses.
• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2).
• Resourceful and able to find solutions independently.
• Strong commitment to customer experience.
• Team player with integrity and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Aptitude for communicating technical concepts effectively.
