Overview

Attentive's Support Engineer team is looking for naturally curious, creative people that can think on their feet and enthusiastically tackle problems head on. As a Support Engineer you will work both directly with our customers, as well as the Customer Success team, to ensure customers’ technical needs are met as our product offerings rapidly grow.

In Short

  • Serve as a technical point of contact support resource for Customer Success.
  • Enhance existing 3rd party integrations and help customers use our APIs and webhooks.
  • Communicate with customers via Zendesk, JIRA, and scheduled calls.
  • Translate customer feedback to engineering action.
  • Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Creatively problem solve to develop strategic solutions.
  • Identify bugs and escalate to internal parties.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence and handle situations with empathy.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Detail oriented and accuracy obsessed.

Requirements

  • Affinity for problem solving and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional customer communication and organization skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new things.
  • Advanced collaboration skills with cross-departmental partners.
  • Experience in MarTech/AdTech or technical service environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks, REST APIs, and API documentation.
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
