Overview

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing Trustonic’s customer base in the Automotive, Future Mobility, and IoT & Connected Devices sectors, managing key accounts, and developing new relationships.

In Short

  • Responsible for growing customer base in target sectors.
  • Manage regional sales pipeline from inception to agreement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Create strategies for winning new customers.
  • Lead sales campaigns to successful conclusions.
  • Provide market insights to support GTM strategy.
  • Identify strategic partner prospects.
  • Drive strategic account management with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Recognize opportunities for expansion into other vertical markets.

Requirements

  • Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
  • Proven experience in breaking into and scaling new accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Experience in B2B sales within a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of target sectors and cybersecurity market.
  • Fluent in English and either French or German.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.
  • MBA welcomed but experience is more important.
