Overview

The Business Development Manager (Sales) is responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to clients in the EMS, Nursing, and Allied Health industries, primarily working from a home office.

  • Maintain client database using HubSpot CRM.
  • Attend trade shows and client meetings.
  • Must be a resident of the greater Grand Rapids MI area.
  • Requires travel up to 50% at peak times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Experience in EMS, Nursing, Allied Health, or Education preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with outside sales and lead generation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must have a safe driving record and valid passport.
