Solution Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solution Software Engineer will be part of the Solution Engineering team, responsible for the integration and implementation of Trustonic products into partner and customer commercial products, with a strong focus on technical support and customer relations.

• Deliver technical support to the commercial team and customers.
• Assist in debugging and issue resolution.

• Provide integration support for Trustonic products on various platforms.
• Work closely with R&D and Sales teams.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in security products and SoC security.
• Proficient in C language and embedded development.
• Knowledge of ARM technology and Linux kernel.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude towards customer engagement.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with cryptography principles.
• Desirable experience in embedded software development.
