Overview

We're looking for a Software Solutions Engineer to join our Client Success and Product Support Team, where you will focus on helping our customers migrate to our latest software. This complex and challenging position involves a blend of problem-solving, technical knowledge, communication, and coding expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in .NET.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Electron.js).
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Proficient with git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in client facing roles a plus.
