Overview

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for analyzing the business needs for Salesforce and its integrations to support product improvements and innovations, including software development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Detail oriented with analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standard development methodologies.
• Patience and sense of humor.
