In Short

  • Identify and coordinate partnerships with companies and organizations.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships.
  • Understand the profiles and needs of students to match them with opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a database of partners and job openings.
  • Work with the Career Success team to promote student participation.
  • Collaborate in planning employability events.
  • Document processes and insights to scale best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Prior experience in academic partnerships or career services.
  • Deep understanding of the tech job market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High level of proactivity and organization.
  • Project management skills for partnership initiatives.
  • Experience in educational institutions or non-profits is a plus.
  • Intermediate English is required.
