The Client Partnership Executive (CPE) is a trusted advisor and executive to Nordic’s valued clients, focusing on building strong relationships and providing high-quality customer service.

In Short

  • Support long-term relationships with select clients.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for clients.
  • Cross-sell Nordic’s services to meet client needs.
  • Engage in complex sales opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide consultative thought leadership to clients.
  • Travel to client sites and conferences.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and client engagement needs.
  • Represent Nordic at industry events.
  • Coordinate and deliver customized proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation guidelines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client management and/or sales experience.
  • 5+ years in the healthcare market.
  • Proven aptitude in Digital Health & Transformation.
  • Experience managing multi-year, enterprise-level engagements.
  • Strong track record in client relationship building.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in a solutions-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven success in professional services sales.
  • Must be accessible for work functions at any time.
