Overview

10Pearls is seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team as Client Partner and contribute to the consistent year-over-year growth we have enjoyed over the past several years. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage our robust team of technical and sales leaders to support new and current clients through their innovation and modernization goals.

In Short

  • Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships.
  • Understand the client's business priorities and technology landscape.
  • Work with clients to identify new needs and negotiate terms.
  • Identify client growth areas and strategically plan with the Sales team.
  • Develop customer advocates and a loyal client base.
  • Implement Customer Success Initiatives.
  • Lead the pursuit and capture of client renewals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling technical services.
  • Client Account Management and Client Advocacy experience.
  • Ability to present best value and pricing to leads.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Strong team player and servant leader.
  • Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
