Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, engaging with small business customers, and building relationships with commercial lending partners to support their finance needs.

In Short

  • Meeting (or ideally exceeding) sales targets
  • Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process
  • Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners
  • Become confident in articulating the Funding Options by Tide proposition and service
  • Develop knowledge of asset finance and lenders in the market
  • Articulate different finance options available to customers
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects in Salesforce
  • Monitor trends and enhance customer profiles in Salesforce
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and competition
  • Share stories and successes with the wider organization

Requirements

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail
  • Obsessive about delivering high customer service
  • Well organized and analytical, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
  • Engage and establish strong working relationships
  • Self-starter who works backwards from targets
