Overview

As a Calls Support Specialist at TripleTen, you will assist students from LATAM during their learning journey by answering questions, resolving doubts, and addressing technical issues.

In Short

  • Help students by answering their questions through calls.
  • Accompany the learning process and communicate with the student guidance team.
  • Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support through calls required.
  • Advanced level of English (B1) and Spanish (C1) needed.
  • Customer oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • General understanding of the IT industry and minimal programming experience.
  • Work experience in help desk or call center preferred.
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time.
  • 100% remote collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support through calls.
  • Advanced level of English (B1) and Spanish (C1).
  • Customer oriented, enjoy helping people, and able to multitask.
  • A general understanding of the IT industry and minimal experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python.
