Account Executive, SMB - Remote

Overview

The Account Executive, SMB at Torch is responsible for driving new business within the small and medium-sized business segment, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new customer accounts.

In Short

• Own the full sales cycle for SMB accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Provide feedback on trends and opportunities in the SMB market.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Thrive in a remote, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
