Overview

The SMB Account Executive at Raken is responsible for closing business and managing the SaaS sales cycle, including lead nurturing, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • SaaS experience in an AE or SDR role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Preferred experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Customer-centric sales approach.
  • Self-starter and problem solver.
  • Team-oriented with a competitive nature.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Ability to empathize with users.
