Requirements

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in technology leadership.
• ICF-accredited coaching certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 300 coaching hours with leaders at all levels.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-stakes technology environments.
• Ability to coach in multiple languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and tech skills.
• Experience with team or group coaching sessions is a plus.
• Versatile and resourceful in applying coaching techniques.
• Knowledge of organizational culture and its impact on leadership.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in coaching practices.
