• Responsible for new business acquisition in emerging markets.
• Convert inbound demand and uncover new demand via referrals.
• Deliver a catered experience to customers in their preferred language.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Create and review quotes and contracts.
• Ensure onboarding team and customers are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
