Bilingual Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Gluo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll work closely with customers to transform ideas and opportunities into successful project engagements.

In Short

• Work collaboratively with the account services team to shepherd opportunities through the sales process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans.
• Support new business development within existing customers.
• Manage existing accounts and serve as a point of first contact for clients.
• Attend and participate in meetups, conferences, and other industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in account management, customer success, sales or business development.
• 3+ years experience in a professional services customer-facing role.
• Proven experience managing accounts with projects across websites and e-commerce experiences.
• Knowledge of the digital commerce landscape.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
