Overview

Humi is the Canadian employment platform that helps businesses manage employee information, onboarding, performance, time off, benefits, and payroll. We are looking for a Bilingual Partnerships Account Executive to join our growing Partnerships team, focusing on developing new channel sales opportunities.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle and identify new partners for Humi.
  • Focus on developing new channel sales opportunities.
  • Utilize warm leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Support onboarding and activation of partners and clients.
  • Meet assigned targets and quotas.
  • Submit accurate weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • 1+ years of B2B and channel sales experience required.
  • Work 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
  • 1+ years' worth of channel sales experience.
  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or aligned industry).
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
