Overview

The Strategic Account Manager plays a key role in the growth of the company's strategy by building long-term, trusting relationships with important and strategic customers.

In Short

  • Identify key customers and cooperate closely with partners to uncover customer potential.
  • Consult key customers on-site and represent the company at congresses, fairs, and events.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Responsible for existing and new customer revenue in the sales area.
  • Manage the sales processes from the proposal phase to contract signing and implementation.
  • Identify and realize upselling opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in sales, ideally in the SaaS environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to customer success.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and perseverance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Innovative mindset and proactive approach to new challenges.
  • Fluent in German and English, with another language as a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for customer visits.
