Tide is building a finance platform designed to save small businesses time and money, providing business accounts and related banking services along with administrative solutions.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyse pipeline data to refine sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Help hire exceptional talent while enjoying the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of hiring top-tier corporate talent.
• Experience hiring in international markets.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the talent landscape.
• Expertise in sourcing passive talent through various channels.
• Ability to build robust recruitment pipelines.
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics.
• Resilience and tenacity in facing challenges.
• German language knowledge is a strong plus.
