Requirements

• 2-3 years in CRM/retention marketing management.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Experience in segmentation and targeting.
• A/B and MVT testing experience.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Good Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to priorities.
• Curious nature with attention to detail.
