Overview

The Senior Data Governance Analyst at Tide will work closely with various teams to implement data governance policies and frameworks, ensuring the organization is data-driven and compliant with regulations.

In Short

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to address data challenges.
• Lead the implementation of Data Governance Policy and Framework.
• Define data governance implementation roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings on data governance best practices.
• Capture and resolve data quality issues.
• Define automated data quality rules.
• Contribute to policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement Atlan as a strategic metadata tool.
• Work with Data Stewards on data glossary and classification.
• Act as the product owner for compliance tools.

Requirements

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for defining and improving standards and processes.
• Understanding of data governance concepts and practical implementation.
• Familiarity with Data Catalogues and Data Quality tools.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Collaborative style and agile mindset.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with BI Tools.
