People Partner, Member Operations - Remote

Overview

This role involves acting as a People Partner at Tide, ensuring alignment of business goals with employee growth, satisfaction, and performance.

In Short

• Improve service delivery and customer service through policy recommendations.
• Partner with managers for consistent delivery of core HR processes.
• Coach managers on performance and growth objectives.
• Advise on employee relations issues.
• Support employee lifecycle management processes.
• Advise on processes for non-employees.
• Support rollout of new people initiatives.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for Tide.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in HR, preferably in a startup.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian employment legislation.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Track record of increasing employee engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
