Overview

The Global Financial Crime Risk Oversight Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tide’s financial crime risk framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across global markets.

• Lead the global financial crime oversight programme.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial crime roles.
• Strong track record in a 2LOD function.
• Experience in conducting financial crime risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills with 1LOD stakeholders.
• Understanding of global financial crime risk indicators.
• Ability to summarize complex MI into reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for financial crime prevention.
• Deep understanding of global regulations.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
