  • We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in selling enterprise databases.
  • The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline across India.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Represent TiDB at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in database solutions.
  • Proven hunter mentality with ability to identify and capture new business.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with open-source software sales models.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or distributed database systems.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
