Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Director at Tenex, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity defenses with Tenex’s cutting-edge MDR solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Represent Tenex at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and threat landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Sales certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training are a plus.
