Overview

We are searching for an experienced Director, Enterprise Sales (SLED) that will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for a team of SLED Sales Executives who are responsible for driving new business through the full sales cycle.

In Short

  • Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Enterprise SLED Sales Executives.
  • Achieve annual SLED bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and manage productivity metrics for Sales Executives.
  • Coach Sales Executives in building executive relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings.
  • Support direct reports in client and prospect meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Public Sector Sales experience.
  • Experience managing a high performing SLED Sales team.
  • Confident in managing complex sales processes.
  • Knowledgeable in selling to C-level executives.
  • Experience in setting quotas and managing against them.
  • Passionate about coaching others.
  • Able to travel up to 70% of the time.
