Overview

The Customer Support Specialist at TENEX.AI will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their security goals and derive maximum value from our platform and services, acting as a trusted advisor and primary advocate for customer success.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers for TENEX’s MDR platform.
  • Own customer relationships post-sale to drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans for onboarding and adoption.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers for security assessments.
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Security Operations teams.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Track and analyze customer usage data for trends and improvements.
  • Facilitate contract renewals and support expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat detection.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or security technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
