Overview

This position is responsible for receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries, performing outreach to providers and members, providing program support for contract members, and providing technical and administrative support for various contracts, including support of internal applications and tools.

  • Primarily remote role with monthly in-office attendance required.
  • Ensures high customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements.
  • Handles inbound customer inquiries and performs outreach.

  • Prepares and distributes correspondence following standard procedures.
  • Works as an engaged team member to achieve company goals.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent; 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to triage issues and multitask effectively.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
