Overview

As a Quality Improvement Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison and coach for healthcare facilities within your state, focusing on implementing strategic priorities and healthcare goals.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of principles of primary care, hospitals, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare leaders and professionals.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations impacting healthcare facilities.
  • Ability to coach and facilitate improvement activities.
