The Alliance is seeking Quality Improvement Program Advisors to enhance healthcare quality and reduce disparities through data-driven initiatives.

In Short

  • Join the Quality Improvement and Population Health Department.
  • Support primary care providers in quality improvement efforts.
  • Conduct quality improvement studies and analyze performance data.
  • Collaborate with leadership on regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in quarterly company-wide events.
  • Contribute to the development of quality improvement materials.
  • Analyze and write reports on quality improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in quality/process improvement.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with healthcare data analysis.
  • Ability to resolve complex analytical problems.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Proficient in relational databases and data analysis.
  • Ability to write routine reports and process maps.
