Senior Payer Analytics Consultant - Remote

Overview

We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Senior Payer Analytics Consultant in the Payment Strategy Department.

In Short

• Perform complex managed care payer financial modeling and analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis for successful payer reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve payer reimbursement objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentor junior consultants.
• Work in a hybrid environment with remote interview processes.
• Attend quarterly company-wide events and meetings.
• Utilize analytical skills to improve business processes.
• Engage with healthcare industry terms and data structures.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies is essential.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial healthcare reimbursement analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Collaborative communication style to build relationships.
• Experience in mentoring and training staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement practices.
• Ability to evaluate data and detect patterns.
• Technical resource for regulations and processes.
