Overview

As a clinical professional on our Medical Management/Health Services team, you will oversee the day-to-day quality review function, ensuring compliance with applicable state, federal, and accrediting body requirements.

• Oversee quality review functions for compliance.
• Supervise appeals, grievances, and quality of care/service.
• Prepare reports for state and federal requirements.
• Identify and analyze team performance trends.
• Ensure audits are conducted according to established standards.
• Recommend policy and procedure improvements.

Requirements

• LPN/LVN or RN License required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare.
• Managed care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in quality assurance preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality monitoring systems.
